Sherry E. Courtney

Sherry E. Courtney, M.D., is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), specializing in Neonatology. She holds faculty appointments within the Division of Neonatology and practices at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and UAMS Medical Center. Her expertise focuses on newborn and infant care, including neonatal intensive care.

Dr. Courtney completed her Fellowship and Residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine, and earned her Medical Degree from the University of Kansas. She is board-certified in both Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and General Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.
