Shenaj Hadzimustafa is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Business and Economics at South East European University (SEEU), Tetovo, North Macedonia. She holds a PhD in Economy from SEEU and has extensive experience in academic and policy roles. Her research focuses on economic growth, knowledge economy, environmental sustainability, and institutional economics. She has contributed to numerous international publications and projects, including work on circular economy, monetary policy, and FDI impacts.
Education: PhD in Economy (2012, SEEU), Master of Science in Economic Development and International Finance (2007, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University), and Bachelor's in Management (2001, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University).
Research Interests: Economic growth determinants, circular economy models, public finance, behavioral economics, and policy analysis. Her work frequently addresses sustainability challenges and institutional frameworks in transition and developing economies.
Publications span topics like carbon emissions, stock market dynamics, and the impact of legal frameworks on growth. She collaborates with UNDP and international institutions on projects related to decentralization, municipal governance, and economic policy.
