Shelley Lund

Shelley Lund is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She serves as the Director of the Communication Sciences & Disorders Graduate Program and leads the AAC Lab.

• Research focuses on improving outcomes for individuals using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
• Investigates clinical decision-making processes of speech-language pathologists (SLPs) in AAC assessment.
• Expertise in accessible assistive technology design and communication disorders in children.
