Shelby D. Vaughn, Ed.D. is a Lecturer at the Baylor School of Education, specializing in the Ed.D. Online in Learning and Organizational Change program. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice with Forensic Studies, an M.S. in Health Education with Worksite Wellness and Community Health Promotion, an Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with Diversity Studies from the University of West Florida.
