Sheila Winborne is a Teaching Professor of Religion at Northeastern University's College of Social Sciences and Humanities, specializing in interdisciplinary intersections of religion, philosophy, race, and film. She received her PhD in Study of Religion from Harvard University with a focus on theology and the visual arts, complemented by an MTS from Harvard Divinity School (religion and culture), MA in Humanities from Old Dominion University (philosophy and art), and BA in Studio Art from UNC Greensboro.
