Dr. Sheila A. Dugan is a Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rush Medical College. She serves as both Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Director of the Rush Program for Abdominal and Pelvic Health, demonstrating leadership in both academic and clinical domains.
