Shazia K Jan is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and currently serves as Head of Educational Services in the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences at Macquarie University. She holds an academic casual position in the Department of Actuarial Studies and Business Analytics. Her research focuses on online learning design, educational technology, and social network analysis in learning communities. Shazia has authored influential papers in top-tier journals and serves as Associate Editor of Higher Education Research and Development (HERD).
