Shay Moran is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mathematics, Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with affiliations to the Faculties of Computer Science and Data and Decision Sciences. They are also affiliated with Google Research in Tel Aviv.
Shay's research interests center on mathematical problems inspired by learning theory and computer science, particularly in areas like machine learning theory, differential privacy, algorithmic stability, and online learning. Their work bridges abstract mathematics with practical algorithm design.
