Shauna Ellefson, MSN, APRN, NP-C, is a Lecturer in the Department of Nursing at Gonzaga University. She returned to Gonzaga in August 2019 after a clinical career spanning over 15 years in pediatric nursing and nurse practitioner roles.
- Education: BSN (Gonzaga University/Seattle University, 2004), MSN (Idaho State University, 2011)
- Clinical Experience: Pediatric registered nurse at St. Luke's Children's Hospital (6+ years), nurse practitioner in Pediatric ENT (2011-2012), and Treasure Valley Pediatrics (2012-present)
Her teaching role in NURS 662P Practicum: Infant, Child and Adolescent reflects her extensive clinical background. As a Gonzaga alumna from the joint nursing program with Seattle University, she brings both academic and practical expertise to her students.
