Sharon Marianetti-Leeper

Dr. Sharon Marianetti-Leeper is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Director of the Marriage & Family Therapy Program at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, Yeshiva University. Licensed as both a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT), she specializes in integrating creativity with therapeutic interventions to address individual and family mental health. Her work emphasizes multigenerational patterns, sociocultural norms, and systemic awareness in clinical practice and education.

Dr. Leeper advocates for the Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) profession in New York State, promoting systemic approaches among mental health professionals and consumers. In addition to her academic roles, she maintains a private practice in Riverdale, Bronx, offering both in-person and online therapy sessions.
