King Board Designated Professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and Professor in the Department of Pathology (Pediatric Pathology) at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She maintains primary hospital affiliation with Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and holds memberships in the Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (NUCATS) and Stanley Manne Children's Research Institute.
Her educational foundation includes a PhD from Michigan State University (2002).
