Shaina Neely is a Professor and the PMHNP Program Director at the Laura and Joe Street School of Nursing, West Texas A&M University. She joined the College of Nursing and Health Sciences in 2018 and holds the endowed High Plains Christian Ministries Foundation Professorship in Psychiatric Mental Health. She teaches in the Family Nurse Practitioner program and serves as Director of the Post-master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate program. Her administrative responsibilities include curriculum oversight and academic coordination in psychiatric nursing disciplines.
