Shahin Pamatmat serves as a Lecturer at Sonoma State University (2020–Present) and works as a Disability & Special Education Advocate (2015–Present). They have extensive experience in K–12 education, including roles at Lawrence Jones Middle School, Windsor High School, Cali Calmécac Language Academy, and Dunham Elementary School (2016–2021).

Selected Publication: Contributed a case study to A Teacher's Guide to Progress Monitoring (2020), analyzing curriculum effectiveness for inclusive education.
Personal: A self-described "Baba," Shahin enjoys playing chess, learning Bridge, and watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Current reads include disability empowerment literature and speculative fiction.
