Shahar Kovalsky is a Visiting Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Duke University, hosted by Prof. Ingrid Daubechies at the Rhodes Information Initiative at Duke (iID). He completed his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Ronen Basri and Prof. Yaron Lipman at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel.
Research Interests: Applications of convex optimization to computer vision and computer graphics.
