Seth Quam

Dr. Seth Quam is an Assistant Professor in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Program at Des Moines University (DMU), serving as Clinical Department Chair of Primary Care and a practicing physician at the DMU Clinic – Family Medicine. He holds a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DMU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry with a Spanish minor (Central College). His clinical expertise focuses on family medicine and sports medicine, supported by over a decade of experience precepting third-year medical students. Dr. Quam’s professional journey includes residency training at Iowa Lutheran Hospital, where he earned Resident of the Year honors, and volunteer roles as a sports medicine provider for Dallas Center-Grimes and Woodward-Granger schools since 2012.
