Dr. Serkan Balıkcı is a Lecturer in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Istanbul Okan University Hospital since February 2025. He holds a medical degree from Gülhane Military Medical Faculty (2005) and completed his specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Istanbul Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2014). His clinical expertise spans advanced regenerative therapies and rehabilitation techniques.

His work addresses diverse rehabilitation domains such as spinal cord injury recovery, stroke rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, and sports injury recovery.
