Serkan Bakcak, Ph.D., is a Lecturer at Bingöl University's School of Foreign Languages in Eastern Anatolia Region of Türkiye. He has been serving as a faculty member since 2011, teaching foreign language courses across multiple faculties including Engineering, Health Sciences, Islamic Studies, and Agriculture.
His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Anadolu University (2002-2009), a Master's degree in Educational Management from Fırat University (2012-2017), and a Ph.D. in Educational Sciences with specialization in Educational Management from Fırat University (2018-2024).
