Sergio María Gil Puy serves as a Lecturer at ESCI-UPF within Pompeu Fabra University, teaching Industrial and Services Marketing in the Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Marketing program.

With extensive international corporate experience, Gil has held executive roles at multinational firms including Senior VP at a US company and positions at a Swedish strategic consultancy. He founded his own firm specializing in strategic management and international expansion, particularly assisting Nordic companies entering the Spanish market.
His research and teaching focus centers on International Business, Marketing (with emphasis on industrial/services marketing in B2B contexts), Strategic Management, and cross-cultural business operations, leveraging practical industry insights to inform academic instruction.
