Res.Asst.Dr. Seren ÖZSOY is a faculty member at Sakarya University's Faculty of Business Administration, Department of International Trade and Logistics Communication. She holds a PhD from TOBB University of Economics and Technology (2017) and specializes in digitalization impacts, international trade dynamics, and logistics efficiency. Her research focuses on FDI-driven export growth, FinTech adoption, blockchain applications in logistics, and sustainable supply chain practices. She has published in high-impact journals like Journal of International Trade & Economic Development and Eastern European Economics, earning the 'Best Paper 2022' award.
Dr. ÖZSOY coordinates the Business School's communication efforts and serves on committees managing international trade initiatives, social media, and quality assurance. She actively contributes to TÜBİTAK-funded research projects exploring digital payment systems, start-up blockchain platforms, and cross-border trade competitiveness. Her teaching portfolio includes courses on technology in trade, entrepreneurship, and research methodologies.
