Prof. Dr. Serdar Kurnaz is a faculty member at the Berlin Institute for Islamic Theology (BIT), affiliated with Humboldt University of Berlin. He holds the position of Professor in the field of Islamic Law in History and the Present. His work bridges historical and contemporary Islamic legal scholarship, with a focus on interdisciplinary approaches to jurisprudence.
