Professor Selma DOĞAN currently serves as Director of Health Sciences Institute and Head of Nursing Department at Uskudar University's Faculty of Health Sciences. With over four decades of academic and clinical experience in psychiatric nursing, she previously held prominent roles at Cumhuriyet University where she rose from Assistant Professor to Full Professor while founding the university's Psychiatry Clinic and establishing Turkey's first peer-reviewed nursing journal.
