Dr. Selin ERDİL is an Assistant Professor at Ankara Social Sciences University's Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration. She has held full-time academic positions since 2011, previously at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and currently at Ankara Social Sciences University. She also served as a part-time lecturer at Boğaziçi University and Sabancı University during 2011-2012. Her administrative roles include Department Head (2024-present), Faculty Board membership (2024-present), and Deputy Director of the Research Center (2021-2022).
Her educational background includes a PhD in Management Sciences from Sabancı University (2006-2011), an MA in Psychology from The City University of New York at Brooklyn College (2002-2004), and a BA in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University (1995-1999).
Her research focuses on organizational behavior, cross-cultural management, trust dynamics in workplaces, and research methodology. She has taught courses including Organizational Behavior, Cross-cultural Management, Social Psychology, and Research Methods at undergraduate, master's and doctoral levels.
Her recent publications explore academic publishing pressures, organizational trust in cross-cultural contexts, and measurement of cultural values. She maintains research collaborations with scholars from Turkey and internationally, particularly in comparative organizational studies.
She has advised two master's students on topics related to work-life balance and job performance. Currently, she contributes as a researcher to the project 'Establishment of the Journal of Method Research in Social Sciences' (2025-2026).
