Seija Karppinen is an Adjunct Professor and Senior University Lecturer at the Department of Education, University of Helsinki. She serves as Director of the TOTEMK project, focusing on training teacher educators and administrators in Kenya, and as a supervisor for the Doctoral Programme in School, Education, Society, and Culture.
