Sebastian Schmid

Sebastian Schmid is a Professor at the University of Salzburg, serving as Head of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law within the Faculty of Law and Economics. His research focuses on constitutional law, administrative law, and human rights law, with additional interests in financial law. He contributes to the university's legal research profile through leadership in the Austrian Institute for Human Rights and editorial work for the Journal of Public Law (ZöR).
