Dr. Sebastian Lorenz is a faculty member at the University of Greifswald, affiliated with the Institute of Geography and Geology. He serves as Head of the Physical-Geographical Laboratory and as an academic advisor for the B.Sc. Geography program. His research spans paleohydrology, limnogeology, soils and land-use history, geoarchaeology, and Quaternary geology.
