Sebastian Ille is an Associate Professor of Economics at Northeastern University London (NU London). He serves as the Associate Director of Research & Knowledge Exchange for the Social Sciences and Head of the Research Cluster: Social Dynamics and Behaviour. Previously, he was Editor-in-Chief of the International Social Science Journal (2015-2022) and held faculty positions at Lebanese American University, Pisa University, Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, and Chulalongkorn University.

Sebastian holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Siena and maintains active academic collaborations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
