Scott Valcourt is Associate Teaching Professor at Northeastern University's Khoury College of Computer Sciences, where he coordinates global algorithms courses and leads broadband infrastructure initiatives. His research develops cyberinfrastructure for telehealth and community resilience, including AR healthcare applications and biomimetic filtration systems. Valcourt pioneered the Network NH Now broadband expansion and maintains research in rural connectivity disparities.
