Scott Stein is a Teaching Professor of English at Drexel University, where he has taught full-time since 2000. He directs the Drexel Publishing Group, co-founded in 2007, and founded the annual Week of Writing event. His creative work includes four novels—The Great American Betrayal (2022), The Great American Deception (2020), Mean Martin Manning (2007), and Lost (2000)—that blend science fiction, detective noir, and satirical commentary on modern society.
