Scott Holcomb is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Program in Education at Duke University’s Trinity College of Arts & Sciences. His research focuses on educational leadership, rater-mediated assessment, inter-rater reliability, and teacher evaluation. Prior to his postdoctoral role, he spent over a decade as an elementary school teacher and math/literacy interventionist in North and South Carolina public schools.
