Dr. Scott Goldberg is an Associate Professor of Education and Psychology at Yeshiva University's Azrieli Graduate School of Jewish Education. He holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from NYU, an MSEd in Special Education from Bank Street College, and a BA in Jewish Studies from the University of Chicago. His work focuses on multilingual literacy assessment (e.g., MaDYK Hebrew literacy tool), school governance, strategic planning, and leadership development in Jewish education. He previously served as Yeshiva University's Vice Provost (2013-2016) and Director of the YU School Partnership, transforming academic leadership and school collaborations. As Chairman of the Koren Publishers Educational Editorial Board, he led development of children's prayer books. His volunteer leadership revitalized the Young Israel of Passaic-Clifton synagogue through strategic planning, fundraising, and facility expansion.
