Scott Cahalan

Scott Cahalan is a Part-Time Lecturer at the School of Building Construction at Georgia Institute of Technology. He teaches courses on Real Estate Development Law and previously instructed Design and Construction Law. Simultaneously, he serves as a partner and practicing attorney in the Construction Law Section of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP in Atlanta.

Pre-Legal Career: Worked as an engineer at Green Construction, Inc., gaining experience in estimating, scheduling, cost accounting, and project management for heavy/highway/industrial projects.
