Saverio Cosola

Saverio Cosola is a Contract Professor at Unicamillus International Medical University, teaching 'Oral Pathology' (MED/28) since 2023/24. He holds a MSc in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics (cum laude, University of Pisa, 2016), a II Level Master’s in Implantology (University of Pisa, 2017), and a PhD in stomatologic sciences from the University of Valencia (Spain) under co-supervision with the Tuscan Stomatologic Institute (2022). His research focuses on oral implantology and related surgical disciplines.

He collaborates with the Tuscan Stomatologic Institute (led by Prof. Ugo Covani), contributing to international teaching programs in Oral Surgery and Implantology. He co-authored 2 textbooks and published over 30 articles, achieving an H-index of 9 on Scopus. Currently, he pursues a specialization in Oral Surgery at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University (Milan) while maintaining a private practice in Tuscany, specializing in implantology, oral surgery, endodontics, and periodontology.

Collaborations: Teaches in first-level master’s programs for dental hygienists and coordinates international master’s courses. Research interests span implantology, surgical techniques, and stomatologic pathology.
