Professor Saul J. Berman is a faculty member at Stern College for Women of Yeshiva University, where he has served as Associate Professor (since 1971) and Professor of Jewish Studies. His work focuses on Jewish Law related to medical ethics, women's status, contemporary social issues, and liturgy. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University School of Law.
