Satya Mukesh Patel, MD is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He serves as a hospitalist at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and holds roles such as Associate Program Director of the Anesthesia Internship and Coordinator of VA Internal Medicine Grand Rounds. His education includes a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Riverside (2010), an M.D. from UCLA (2014), and Internal Medicine training at UCLA (2017).
Dr. Patel is deeply involved in medical education, contributing to curriculum redesign at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and recognized as one of 30 Educators for Excellence. He actively participates in quality improvement initiatives and medical simulation at the VA.
