Sari van Anders is a Professor and Canada 150 Research Chair in Social Neuroendocrinology, Sexuality, & Gender/Sex at Queen's University. Cross-appointed in Gender Studies and Neuroscience, she leads the Van Anders Lab focusing on gender/sex diversity, sexual configurations theory, and feminist/queer science methodologies.

Recent work examines testosterone modulation through gendered behaviors, postpartum sexuality, and policy implications of gender diversity research.
Her publications over the past decade reveal interdisciplinary focus across Psychology, Gender Studies, Neuroendocrinology, and Public Policy. Key subfields include transphobia reduction, orgasm coercion, pornography analysis, and hormone-behavior interactions.
