Sarah Winsberg serves as an Assistant Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, teaching Law & Capitalism in United States History, Property, and Trusts and Estates. Her research focuses on legal history with particular emphasis on the formation and evolution of legal categories through historical practices.
