Sarah Sweeney Dohrman

Sarah Sweeney Dohrman, O.D. serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Missouri–St. Louis College of Optometry. She specializes in functional vision problems, vision care for children and adults with acquired brain injury, and optometric services for special needs populations.

• Education: Southern College of Optometry (Cum Laude, 2011)
• Residency: Private Practice in Southborough, Massachusetts (2012)

Research Focus: Her work centers on vision rehabilitation and developmental optometry, with particular emphasis on:

• Functional vision assessment and treatment
• Neuro-optometric rehabilitation for brain injury patients
• Visual needs of special populations
• Infant vision screening (InfantSee provider)
