Sarah Stone is an Instructor at the Moffett & Sanders School of Nursing, Samford University. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Women’s Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Jacksonville State University. Her expertise focuses on maternal/newborn nursing, high-risk maternal care, and women’s health, with clinical experience in gynecology/oncology and labor/delivery.
She has presented at national conferences, including a 2022 poster on females’ sexual dysfunction and a 2024 podium presentation on maternal-newborn nursing education. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, NPWH, Alabama League for Nursing, and AWHONN. Mrs. Stone also actively participates in the Church of the Highlands as a Dream Team member and small group leader.
