Sarah Rowledge is a Senior Lecturer Practitioner at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) within the School of Education, Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences. She serves as Course Leader for the BA (Hons) Montessori Early Childhood Studies degree and teaches Theoretical Montessori Foundations, Montessori Curriculum 1, and Montessori Curriculum 2.

Rowledge founded the Absolute Angels Montessori nursery (1999) and a Montessori Primary school, demonstrating her commitment to bridging academic theory with operational practice. She actively supervises postgraduate research though specific advisees aren't documented, and her work shows consistent focus on Montessori pedagogy development across educational stages.
