Sarah J. Berkemer is an Assistant Professor at École Polytechnique and a researcher in the AMIBio Group at LIX (Laboratoire d'Informatique de l'École Polytechnique). She is also an affiliated scientist at ELSI (Earth-Life Science Institute) in Tokyo, Japan. Her work bridges RNA bioinformatics, computational biology, and urban development through algorithmic and data-driven approaches.
