Sarah Hlubik

Sarah Hlubik is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Sociology and Anthropology Department at St. Mary's College of Maryland. Her research focuses on the origin of fire in human evolution, particularly in the Koobi Fora region of northern Kenya. She investigates how fire use influenced hominin behavior and the Pleistocene ecology.
