Sarah H. Cen

Sarah H. Cen is an incoming Assistant Professor at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and currently serves as a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University, jointly affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and the Law School. She collaborates with Professors Daniel Ho and Percy Liang on AI accountability, AI supply chains, and policy frameworks.

Research Focus: Cen's work bridges computer science, law, and policy to ensure responsible AI development. She employs machine learning, statistical analysis, causal inference, and game theory to address challenges in AI auditing, policy compliance, and ethical deployment. Her interdisciplinary approach spans technical systems and regulatory frameworks.
