Sarah Coleman is a Course Leader and Senior Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University within the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care and School of Allied Health and Social Care. With 19 years of professional social work experience across statutory and voluntary sectors, she specializes in Children and Families services including Child Protection, Children with Disabilities, and Family Support.

Research focuses on Social Work engagement interventions with families, Direct Work with children, Child and family Assessments, Child Sexual Exploitation, Youth Intimate partner abuse, and Trauma Informed Practice. She holds a Teaching Fellow award and has supervised postgraduate students on assessments and undergraduate students on major projects.
