Sarah Beth Nelson is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Information Studies. Her research focuses on oral information practices, libraries' societal roles, and information behaviors of specific groups. She holds a PhD in Information and Library Science from the University of North Carolina, along with degrees in Learning Design, Library Science, and Classics.
