Sara Soderstrom is an Associate Professor at the University of Michigan, affiliated with the Organizational Studies and Program in the Environment departments. Her research explores how corporations address societal sustainability challenges, focusing on organizational structures, diversity, equity, inclusion, and coalition-building within institutions.
