Sara Gonzalez is an Associate Professor at the Department of Chemical Engineering, School of Engineering, University of Santiago de Compostela. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree (USC, 2005) and a PhD (2009), and is a postdoctoral researcher under the Ramón y Cajal fellowship. Her research focuses on sustainability assessment in industrial, agricultural, and food sectors using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and carbon footprint methodologies.
