Sanjay Kudrimoti is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance at Salem State University since 2007. He teaches courses ranging from undergraduate finance principles to advanced graduate-level financial decision-making, including FIN 301, FIN 366, FIN 409, FIN 468, FIN 469, FIN 485, FIN 800, and FIN 868.
- Professional Experience: Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley (2000-2001); Supervisor-Chemist at Asian Paints (India) Limited (1991-1998).
- Academic Experience: Adjunct Instructor at University of South Florida (2006-2007) and Hillsborough Community College (2007).
Research Interests: His work focuses on corporate finance dynamics, including corporate governance, financial constraints, and managerial decision-making in equity issuance and cash management.
Publications: Co-authored a 2009 study in the Journal of Financial and Economic Practice titled "What Motivates Managers to Issue Equity?"
