Sanja Raspor Janković is a Professor of Professional Studies at the Polytechnic of Rijeka, affiliated with the Business Department. She specializes in customer satisfaction, tourism management, and hospitality industry dynamics. Her teaching responsibilities include courses such as 'Basics of Tourism,' 'Entrepreneurial Economics,' and 'Statistics for Entrepreneurs.'
Her research focuses on enhancing service quality and visitor experiences in tourism, event management, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Notable projects include studies on resident satisfaction in island tourism destinations, immersive technology applications in heritage tourism, and the role of heritage in rural tourism events.
