Sangeeta Hollo is a Lecturer of Accounting at the Goodman School of Business, Brock University. She teaches auditing, external reporting, and problem-solving integration for the Bachelor of Accounting program. Prior to academia, she worked in public accounting at Deloitte, Home Trust Company as Internal Audit Manager, and Canadian Tire as a Senior Financial Analyst. Hollo holds a MAcc and BA from the University of Waterloo, and holds CPA, CA, and CIA designations.
Her professional experience includes roles such as faculty advisor for the Brock University Accounting Conference (BUAC), CPA Ontario workshop leader for assurance and capstone modules, and coach for the Goodman JDCC Accounting team. She has contributed to bridging academic theory with professional accounting practice through her industry-experienced teaching approach.
Research interests focus on practical applications of accounting standards, audit methodologies, and professional development in accounting education. While no formal research grants are listed, her industry collaborations demonstrate applied expertise in financial analysis and audit processes.
