Sandra Särav

Sandra Särav is a Lecturer in Law at Tallinn University of Technology's School of Business and Governance, specializing in European Union Law, Digital Single Market frameworks, and E-Governance. She concurrently serves as the Data Policy Director at the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and previously held roles including Public Policy Manager at Meta (Facebook) and Head of Sustainability at Bolt.
